Let me see if I have this correct.
SMC and Gridiron Prime both moved up, despite not winning any trophies. The team that won their conference did not move up......

No....
Only thing we can think of was that DDs roster was at 29 at rollover last night. They didn't promote MN either, and their roster is zero. They had to calculate that into the promotion equation somehow.
Either that or BS is really Bort.
