If it's what you want, sure. Now see if the casual's +1 it or not. Right now you have a few pages of angry casual players who want preset's removed from casual.

I'm one of them. But if we're stuck with it...

Personally i'd say (keep in mind i have no affiliation or interest in casual) that people should try it out. See if it's as big an issue as people are saying.

If you don't like the change after you've tried it, then make a push to change it back. Everyone is speculating that this change is going to turn casual into regular-lite or whatever when no one has even really tried things out yet.

But i know it's what you guys were comfortable with and switching it may not be what you want but try it, see what you think. if you still hate it after a few pre-season games, make make specific reasons for why it's a bad change and add it to the "change it back" suggestion.

I've scrimmed with it 5 games so far... Of the 5 I tried, 2 of presets I liked, 2 of them I'm non-committal, and one of them I absolutely abhor and will not use ever. There WILL be games I don't use a preset at all... that much I can tell.

But I think most of the pushback on it isn't stemming from the less casual nature of what it appears to be (it's not really that different, IMO) and more on the fact that it was just changed without any discussion, notice or request. It was just forced upon us without having any kind of input.
