That first JYD/RRR game will be interesting this season. A few upgrades here and there, and JYD should play RRR well. We'll see. Miss Atomic is firmly third in the conference until they prove otherwise though.

Once upon a time casual had 4 or 5 leagues here. Age based leagues made Elite into the MJM/RRR/Dallas Badgers/JYD show, and a lot of people got tired of it. It is no fun seeing your schedule in preseason and knowing that you have the best team you can assemble, and see 2 or 3 teams that you have no hope of beating. At this age, the term "fix ur builds" can only be accomplished by dropping back to rookie and restarting.
Once a team, or two or three teams, separate themselves from everyone else, you really start seeing the level of attrition go up. Eventually all you are left with are the elite teams, and the people that don't care what the team does and are just waiting for Pro, the farm teams. That really isn't fun for anybody, but there is no way to really fix it without overhauling league structure again.

I mostly agree, but there is some truth to recruiting being your best tool. Cuts have to be made to win. That is how we do it. Arizona cut dots owned by friends for this reason. They were ok with it.
