My own players I decided to try and do alot of single training and increasing the speed in which I received equipment upgrades. May not have paid off like I had hoped. Some of my agents have multi trained, others have not and the free agents I have picked up along the way, not sure. Still not sure of most effective way to train/build/equip players.

multitrain is the way to go. hands down. use the BTs to get skill points earlier to increase your primary attributes, then focus BTs on Ad Eq

Thanks HM. Not sure its possible, but going to take a look through your ideas and see if I can implement. Must say that I work for an engineering firm, just received my Master of Science Degree and still not sure I fully understand how to implement all that you said. lol. Will give it a try though. Definitely appreciate the help.

You're welcome but I'm not sure why the game plan wasn't followed. Your defense was switching between m2m and zone and Washington killed you with the passing game when you were in zone.
