Yeah, and your players will still suck if you only partial boost. This suggestion isn't going to change anything since there will still be a big gap between the top and bottom teams in each league. It will only make recruiting even more shitty than it already is right now. I have seen these type of suggestions for going on 3 years now and yet here we still reading the same type of shit. I cannot stress enough that this is a PvP game and you can tweak the leagues all you want but it's not going to matter.

Age requirements for rookie league is just ridiculous. How is a non or partial booster already behind when the most any player can be up on them is 6 levels to start the season (and the non-boosters will actually make up a bit of ground over the course of the season)? I would actually argue that changing the age requirements for sophomore really doesn't make much sense either.

Can someone explain to me the difference between this and non-boosting leagues? I mean, I'm all for non-boosting leagues but just not in the same league type as boosters.

I was thinking, unless you mean this idea to drive players to retirement, it should be effective level and not actual. Otherwise older players would be stuck in the elites but only be able to compete in normal leagues that wont accept them.
