One of my poor writing techniques is to capitalize things that are of importance. You would use it in the sense of 'University of Blackacre School of Law (or Law School)', but you wouldn't (and I frequently do) capitalize it in the way I used it.

When I'm writing memos, I frequently catch myself writing 'Our Client', simply in the sense that I am giving our client a certain level of respect, as you would with things like 'My Lord, Your Honour, Your Grace, etc.'

Again, it is wrong, but I find it a tough habit to beat.
