Osaka actually scored the games first points with a 35 yard FG by Hasheem Dinkle on their opening possession, but then it was all Lone Stars the rest of the way. They went on to score 30 unanswered points in the route led again by Whodey just ran by you! who finished with 110 total yards and a TD. Brady Smith added another 102 total yards. Kicker Heavy Boots converted on 4 field goals. On defense, Porter Colarossi pestered the Storm with 6 tackles, 5 sacks, and 2 hurries. #4 Tradewest Battletoads-(5-2)-Tradewest has another tough game but comes up with a late rally to outlast the Bali Insurrection(3-4), 17-0. Both defenses stepped up in this game as it was scoreless through the first three quarters. There were only 270 total combined yards in this game by both teams, and the Toad defense held Bali to only 100 total yards. Early in the 4th quarter Tradewest finally managed to put some points on the board when Boots McToad converted on a 35 yards FG. A couple possessions later after Tradewest back the Bali up near the own end zone, General Slaughter forced a big time fumble that led to a Dark Queen touchdown pass to Lt. Kara Thrace three plays later giving the Toads a 10-0 lead and then they let the Dogs out and Ryu Hayabusa disrupted any chance of a comeback.
