#2 Texas Lone Stars(7-0)-The Lone Stars blow out #10 Osaka Storm(4-3), 40-6. Osaka actually scored the games first points with a 35 yard FG by Hasheem Dinkle on their opening possession, but then it was all Lone Stars the rest of the way. They went on to score 30 unanswered points in the route led again by Whodey just ran by you! who finished with 110 total yards and a TD. Brady Smith added another 102 total yards. Kicker Heavy Boots converted on 4 field goals. On defense, Porter Colarossi pestered the Storm with 6 tackles, 5 sacks, and 2 hurries. The Lone Stars play in the game of the week on Friday when they face #3 Doinitin Djibout(6-1).

The Djibouti jumped out to a quick 17-0 lead in the first quarter, capped by a 97 touchdown run by Two Hearted Ale on their opening play of the game.Despite the fast start Algoma didn't give up and closed the gap to 17-10 after scoring 10 unanswered second half points. In the 3rd quarter Doinitin took full control with some key pass completions and prevented Algoma from converting or putting anything together in the 2nd half. The #3 Djibouti were led by Two Hearted Ale who 168 racked up 168 yards and 3 TD's. Hopslam also had a big game going 13/19 for 219 yards and 3 TD's. On defense, Humpa Lumpa had a nice game finishing with 9 tackles, 1 sack, 1 hurry and a TFL. #4 Tradewest Battletoads-(5-2)-Tradewest has another tough game but comes up with a late rally to outlast the Bali Insurrection(3-4), 17-0. Both defenses stepped up in this game as it was scoreless through the first three quarters. There were only 270 total combined yards in this game by both teams, and the Toad defense held Bali to only 100 total yards. Early in the 4th quarter Tradewest finally managed to put some points on the board when Boots McToad converted on a 35 yards FG. A couple possessions later after Tradewest back the Bali up near the own end zone, General Slaughter forced a big time fumble that led to a Dark Queen touchdown pass to Lt. Kara Thrace three plays later giving the Toads a 10-0 lead and then they let the Dogs out and Ryu Hayabusa disrupted any chance of a comeback. Ryu finished the game with an amazing 10 tackles, 7 sacks, 6 hurries, and 2 TFL's. #5 Village Dogs(5-2)-The Village Dogs run into the resurgent Mayan Prophecy 2012(3-4) and fall 48-16, in a game that was closer than the score indicates. Both teams traded blows through the first three quarters with the Mayan holding on to a 24-13 lead. In the 4th quarter it was all Mayan as they scored 24 points and end up routing the Dogs late. On offense Mayan was led by Fick Linder II who had 8 receptions for 209 yards and 2 TD's. Coolhand Luke was 8/17 287 yards and 5 TD's. L.A. didn't waste anytime when early in the 1st quarter Lucky Juke took a pitch 30 yards for a TD and later in the first quarter End "Zone" Freak connected with Bobby Red Shoes Jr on a 40 yards TD pass and the Halos went on to score 31 first half points in the route. The Halos were led on offense by Lucky Juke who finished with 156 yards and a TD and End "Zone" Freak went 19/21 for 244 yards and a TD. #7 Half Moon Bay Breakers(7-0)-The Half Moon Bay Breakers hold the #7 slot after beating the Helsinki Coyotes(4-3), 29-13. Helsinki got off to a quick start when Tommy Franchise forced a fumble on the opening play and Hawk Peterson picked it up and returned it 78 yards for a touchdown. The Breakers chipped away at the early lead and went into halftime down 10-6. In the 3rd quarter, the Breakers went to work outscoring the Coyotes 23-3 in the second half running away with the game. Half Moon was led on offense by DC's Worst Nightmare caught 8 balls for 86 yards and a TD. On defense, Denzel Drone had a big game finishing with 5 tackles, 3 sacks, and 3 hurries. The outcome of this game was never in doubt as Czech took a 28-3 lead into the 4th quarter, and then they went buck-wild scoring 35 fourth quarter points. Czech had a couple of big games from their halfbacks as ~Captain Comeback~ rushed for 145 yards and 5 TD's and CJ -MITH-odical rushed for 193 yards and 5 TD's in the route On defense, Double Duece had a nice game with 6 tackles, 2 sacks, 1 hurry, 3 PD's and was targeted 5 times with no receptions allowed. #8 Czech will face Red Fort Royals(2-5) on the road on Friday.
#9 World Legends(4-3) The Legends jump back into the poll in the #9 slot after crushing the Windsor Nobles(3-4), 44-10. World didn't mess around and carried a 27-7 lead into halftime, led by 2 long punt return TD's by William Forte in the first quarter that Broke the Nobles back. A 45 yard TD run by John Dillinger sealed the deal in the route. The Legends were led on offense by John Dillinger who finished with 9 carries for 57 yards and a TD. On special teams William Forte racked up 3 punt return TD's, and on defense, Abe "Logs" Lincoln harassed the Nobles, with 8 tackles, 2 sacks, 1 hurry, a TFL, a KL and 3 PD's.
