Simple solution - Create a Throwing QB and a Rushing QB..... insert rushing QB when you want to run (Done through your AI and packages)
Same with RB... Create a PowerBack and a SpeedBack... implement them into your AI the packages you designed based on what your trying to accomplish

Meh, its not that hard to change builds, most teams aren't past 50 at the main attribute if your smart (or if its a DL or OL...)
