Now, would these percentages have to correspond to the overall blitz %? ( if overall is set to 30 then all positions totalled must equal 30? )
or would that be done away with and replaced with individual spots?

No, I would just get rid of overall blitz %. It can't be called too uncasual because then how do you explain QB spy %? TBH, I wouldn't care if they got rid of QB spy % and replaced it with blitz %. I'd like to see the blitz % added for FS and CB, also.

Could leave both overall and individual blitz % I suppose, but not have them related as much. ex: blitz set to 50% overall, but positions don't have to equal 50. Whatever % they is the % of the 50% they blitz. That way you can have more than 1 blitzer on the same play.
