i'm not going to be too picky about 1 day, but if you hold up the tournament you'll be penalized in some way. this allows the tournament to be settled before playoffs start. if world league teams want to use a regular season game i have no problem with this as long as it falls within the designated time frame plus one day.

too bad i didn't see this earlier we could have used the Alpinie v Moose jaw regular season game in the tourney!

Looks like a rematch, just want to make sure that's right before i send the scrim.

Damn...I didnt read the point different rule.....for seeding....we won our first 2 and then "tested" some things in our game vs the wrath thinking we where in already.....

Looks like we'll be playing the best team in the game now

the bracket is set. i only made one change (group E and G 2nd place were switched to prevent Cobra Kai having a rematch). the 2nd place finishers in those groups were slotted at the very bottom for failure to schedule their games within the designated time frame.

i'll post all the game matchups and such later on this evening.

At least you didn't get saddled with another top team in your group! The top rated #2 seed in the tourney.

Bracket is pretty lop sided as far as strength of teams imo.

Agreed. The seeding is annoying. I'm over the fact that HHWC vs Smurfs is a matchup of 2 top 10 teams of GLB in the first round of 32, while there are so many other weak matchups. I'm more annoyed that the Smurfs and Cobras are in our WL conference and we'll be heading into the playoffs soon against them.

I'll tell you now these games will have lol AI on both sides as these teams care about the real playoffs. Kind of seems like a waste of flex.

The whole points thing to determine seeding is weak and just means some teams had creampuff pro teams in their group. I would suggest a more realistic bracket like NCAAs where there are matchups that people care about and not a ton of annoying interconference matchups.

its weird that Carthage has 2 pretty easy looking rounds, and Hays runs the tourny, just has to be a coincidence, nothing moer.


i mean the bold part pissed me off jus a little because all 3 teams are going to the playoffs and will end up playing each other at some time, but hay, Im just making noise

its a tournament. if you want to win you eventually have to play some good teams.

that being said, next season i'll just re-arrange the teams however i want for the bracket to make it interesting. seem fair?
