The financial overhaul sounds quite exciting and I am looking forward to it.

The changes will make the game more complex and time-consuming. I predict the changes will we lead us down a road of more specialist and less Jack of All Trades.

GLB is built around the concept of community and teamwork and these changes will help inspire more of it.

Disappointed my farm team's solid financial plan is going up in smoke. Does the 100% value for stadium construction also include deterioration repairs in the excess money account???

I dont know what to think after trying to read those 3 pages. First impressions are that this is a very bad and very late April fools joke. I can understand that these changes are trying to make the game better but i think whoever thought of these idea's has been smoking something thats most likely banned in every country. Weather or not it becomes easier to understand once its implemented doesnt matter as half of the community is just going to go f**k this and leave and never look back. Tbh i hope im not one of those people but as it stands now i more than likely will be.

Edit: Oh and the think about taking teams cash away if there above the leagues limit is just plain stupid, also the overflow thing or w/e you call is is plain retarded aswell, taking away teams cash just because they are over the limit for you to f**k the game is stupid.

Dude, please look at what people are posting. Long-time, dedicated agents like myself who spend way too much fucking time on this site are looking at these proposed changes and just coming away feeling like it's time to stop playing. I'm not saying that to manipulate you or to try and get you to do something different, the reality is that I'm just really damn tired of how complicated this game is becoming. It's not fun anymore. You and Bort need to spend more time finding out what your customers want instead of just doing whatever you think would be neat.

This seems like a vast amount of overkill. I currently own a team and all of the players on it. You have pretty much guaranteed that I'll be getting rid of my team and the greater majority of my players after this season is over. This is supposed to be a game, not a lesson on actual NFL finances.

I put a lot of time, money, effort and work into this game, and all of these changes guarantee that I'll be giving even more of all those things. This game will cease to be level on the fun/work scale. It's leaning too far toward work.

It's bad enough that this season's changes made more work for me and a great many others whom I've spoken with. This is the straw that broke my GLB back.

Understand that this is not a knee jerk reaction. I'll stay until my flex finally runs out, then I'll just find something else to do with my time and money. I guess I'll be going back to playing Cybernations. I use my time off from work to have fun. I refuse to pay to be put to work.

this was supposed to be a game......

This will pretty much destroy any new users coming in. New owners will be pretty well guaranteed to get hammered and give up very early on by those that are more experienced in the new financial system. That alone scares me about the size of agents remaining. The current agents can only handle so many teams, with even that probably reducing due to needing more CFO's and coaches.

Exactly. EVERY agent is going to want the highest salary possible for his player, recruiting's going to be a nightmare.

OK.....TAKE A DEEP BREATH

We all tried to read the wall of text that was those three links. Most didn't finish and probably said fuck that. But honestly, you will probably learn it in a day. More than likely it seems like a lot more than it really is, and Im sure is in the best interest of GLB.

I was pissed for about a minute. Unfortunately posted 2 times during that span. Im over it now. Don't jump ship, get pissed, and make crazy posts until you get a chance to see the changes. It won't be that tough to learn.

can you PM me ITS an explain the new training system...cuz reading it made my gentials ache TBH...

I don't learn a damn thing from reading. I will have to use it for a week, then think about it....at that point I can explain. Im a hands on learner.....reading puts me to sleep. My ADD kicks in fast and I give up if things are too long to read.

2 years ago, I signed up to play a GAME ! NOT to learn how to become Bill Parcells or Jerry Jones..... I see where this is going, and I am not liking it at all. I'll be selling my team, retiring my players and playing off those flex points until they find a way to screw with me again.... Thanks alot for turning something fun into something I am beginning to dread !

If the game was time consuming enough, as a Coordinator, then it will be so now. As I see this, many Coordinators will now only have time to do one team at maximum. Remember, many people do have a life besides GLB. This will also give a new problem, besides the lack of players, and that is a severe lack og Coordinators too.
