This just seems like an incredibly bad idea that will leave the vast majority of agents frustrated about their dots looking like they're running in molasses.

Could possibly make it 85 since players have an option to purchase +10 energy refills and there are cheap options to do +5 to energy for team purchases.

I really dont think so, they have already told is that Stamina will be an increasing important attribute....This "Helps" sell your team to add Stam.....some people just wont do in until forced.

Definitely need an activity meter now. Making sure you are bringing in active agents is going to be very important.

I can't agree any more.

Making dots worse just for not having an energy pack is silly. This is one of the changes I Truly think sucks for everybody involved, and puts a worse GLB product on display.

Personally I have mix feelings about this. I have owned my team since Season 10 I have done everything the right way Sacrificed my first 2 seasons to build a stadium and paid for equipment and saved money and now because of that I will be subject to a max cap on money SCREW THAT SHIT. This part really has me pissed off cause i really like the owners aspect of this game.

On the good side maybe this change will make a lot of teams fold up and go away and hence making recruiting easier. Lord knows Bort has let too many of us idiots own teams.

I know from my personal aspect i had put aside $200 to spend on this game this off season and this change has made me decide to use that money elsewhere. They need to not punish teams that have played by the rules and saved the money for the higher levels. I guess i should be happy that they aren't forcing a stadium reset on us. (that would make me log off and not return)

Morale went from being the least important thing in the game to the most important thing in the game.

I'm on the fence about the changes there is a lot of stuff there, I love numbers and it was harder to understand than a company's year end audit. But you guys better make sure the tools are there for us to follow morale through a game so that we can make proper adjustments. Currently we are only able to see end game Morale. We need to be able to see Players direct Morale, any negatives or positives with their sources and their starting morale for the game. Along with being able to follow it each quarter as the game progresses.

It has to be clear and easy to understand.

If the game was time consuming enough, as a Coordinator, then it will be so now. As I see this, many Coordinators will now only have time to do one team at maximum. Remember, many people do have a life besides GLB. This will also give a new problem, besides the lack of players, and that is a severe lack og Coordinators too.

Believe me, I understand the desire to make stamina more important, but you guys have to keep reminding yourselves that people play the game to watch their dots perform. The meta-game strategy can be interesting, but ultimately it's not going to replace the enjoyment people get from watching their players do neat things. If you keep increasing the handicaps on dots in the form of energy and morale drains, then I fear that you're going to cause a lot of people to get frustrated and just quit.

No. You're going to need an absolutely absurd amount of stamina (like 80+) to avoid ending a game under 80 energy at most positions. That means every team which either can't buy energy boosting stadium enhancements or chooses other options (like morale) will start every game at 80 energy and drop from there. It's going to be an unmitigated disaster. People hated when they had to waste training on increasing energy, or play games on normal / relaxed in order to avoid being completely gassed that season. I have no idea who thought it would be a good idea to bring that back into the picture.

Edit:
I've never made an "I'm thinking of quitting" thread, and I'm not sure I've even suggested it in a post, but all this stuff is really making me weary to the point that I'm considering just holding all my flex until the baseball game comes out.

My first reaction is that all of these changes are going to make owning a team too much work and ultimately cost more flex if you want to be competitive. For the most part, many of the past changes have been good so I'll try not to panic and see how it goes. I sold my "regular" team and bought a casual team due to time constraints, hopefully I won't have to sell my casual team.
