For the record, anyone who rejects a contract with "I want a higher salary" should just be banned after this.

Are you joking? In this system, salary determines a player's morale. This will make that reason even more valid.

Exactly. EVERY agent is going to want the highest salary possible for his player, recruiting's going to be a nightmare.

Honestly these things are what makes me not put money in to this game any more.

I'm in the same boat.....

I think this is going to be good for GLB in the long run, but to become a WL competitive team, you are going to have to have an organization of number crunchers and "tester" type GM's. There's just not enough to go around. You think it was hard to recruit before? Wait until a ton of people quit this game, then you have to actually assign more responsibility to GM's than they already have. LOL

Thank god I'm surrounded with talented agents and owners. I feel bad for those independent teams trying to make there way into the big show.

All I can say is....Good Luck.

Oh yeah, dur...

SO people are just going to have to be on board with the team. People will just have to actually interact to get people to join teams instead of just sending contracts.

Can a team's possessions counter a starting Morale of 60 for a player that is just below the league average?

Money and possessions determine morale? I guess no one would have high morale for the love of the game.

This game has really gotten a lot more complex the last few seasons, it requires more time to game plan than ever.

All three changes makes owning a team, OC/DC a team and managing players a lot more complex. Where are people going to find the time to do all this stuff?

Give me back season 2!!!

More incentive to hire people and delegate imo..

What is the reasoning behind this:

It seems to me like it's only there to justify +energy stadium purchases, and if so, that's a terrible rationale considering that most teams will unable to buy such things early on. So not only would dots themselves be suffering from the increased drain of energy due to recent and upcoming sim changes, but they're going to be penalized even further if they play on teams that can't afford the energy boosting enhancements. This just seems like an incredibly bad idea that will leave the vast majority of agents frustrated about their dots looking like they're running in molasses.
