Personally I never liked Jack Hammer or zone spec since both were nerfed. And now at lest I wont have to get zone spec on all my 2ndary just to go with the crowd.

Pretty much. Bort is only concerned with the 439 day old players who can't boost it seems. The rest of the people with the overpowered VAs are just along for the ride and enjoying having what is essentially two archetypes.

No they only do it to hide a truth that shines a bad light on the BS that goes on here in GLB.

What's wrong is that you're locking the majority of the GLB out of these overpowered VAs and putting anyone, or any team that's recruiting, at a major disadvantage if they don't already have these.

One adjustment requires completely altering a build plan--a year plus long process. The other adjustment requires spending a few minutes scanning over the forums where game changes are discussed. The burden to read is much less, so that's where the burden was put.

I'd also like to know who you think is affected so negatively. I do agree that if you were building with a certain VA plan in mind that it sucks, but most dots who don't already have these to at least 10 will be so young that a build adjustment won't be very difficult. On the other hand, those who already have them capped, including many 9th, 10th, and 11th season dots aren't at a point in their careers where it will be easy to adjust the build plan if these VAs are completely deleted.

There will be no "cure all" answer for the change, but the way they are making the change affects the least amount of agents as possible negatively and in the least negative way possible. Were they to just keep them, we'd still have three overpowered VAs. Were they to delete them, late career dots would be completely screwed with no chance to adjust. This way we get rid of the VAs over time, the younger dots who don't have them yet will have time to adjust, and the older dots who can't adjust won't be screwed.
