The thread Show coordinators the play called in the replay has been merged into this thread

Anyone with offensive access would see offensive playcalls.
Anyone with defensive access would see defensive playcalls.

I for one am getting sick of trying to figure out the specific play being run by staring at player movements and then going back to the playbook and hoping nobody ran contrary to their route (say via 'creative' route running) and that everyone had enough time to develop the route sufficiently to recognize the play.

I'm the OC, I should know which damn play I called. This is a serious and unnecessary drawback to coordinating and would be tremendously useful for diagnosing how your offense is performing.

And this has been brought up numerous times, in numerous threads in the past. I just don't feel like digging one up.

This would definitely be useful for coordinators without a lot of experience, but tbh 99% of the time it's not that hard to figure out which play is being run. It may be tedious, but there is hardly a better way to learn all the plays, and it will make you a better coordinator.

So it would be nice, but I think there are a *lot* of things Bort should implement before this.

I made this suggestion a few seasons back. Most of the replies were of the "if you can't recognize the plays you are an idiot" type.

The Creative Route makes it difficult to identify many plays.

saves time - a main reason some OC's/DC's have stopped calling plays and/or left GLB altogether
