would the server replying "no, it hasn't been 10 seconds yet" be the same as re-rolling?
That's why I said a script, and not the script.

Alternatively, when you want to reroll a player, make it so that you have to enter one of those codes in a box that can't be read by AI. Then people would have to settle for less than ideal, and it would require absolute dedication to get the precise roll you want, instead of it being available to anyone with greasemonkey. Also it would slow down the reroll process significantly also.
Making rerolling more of a pain in the ass isn't a valid solution imo
My apologies, I thought that Bort wanted the random element to remain, given how he initially tried to set up the system.
However, if the en masse hysterical reaction is to remove the random element from rolling, and simply create clone players, then of course this is not a solution and we should let people choose what they want (the only other viable alternative).
However, with a system whereby you get all 8s for your nothing-attributes, and all 10s for your minor/major attributes, and then have to assign the rest of the points, I would prefer it if there were a few restrictions on the chosen build to ensure people simply don't dump all their points into one attribute and keep all others at very low levels for training gains. For example: "At least four attributes over 15" would be an obvious one.
In any respect, let's all make clones! Wahay!
