The problem is really that there hasn't been any strict deadlines, etc. There should have been a tournament official moving things on in this thread, sending out PMs, etc

HHW's scrimmage schedule is full until day 40. Since both TKW and HHW are run by us (same coordinators), we are likely not going to run a scrimmage between the two, probably have HHW/TKW (likely TKW) to play the other finalist on day 40 (if they can get it done by then).

Blaze/Lincoln game is Day 40, no way in hell there can be 2 games after that. Idk..top 4 split prizes? lol

I was checking up on the teams, but I didn't really want to get in BLeonard's way and there really was no way to finish this tourney.

Working out a way to rank the remaining teams for prizes, points scored maybe..?

It was probably a little to ambitious, but fun nonetheless!

Are you guys planning on having a tournament next season as well?

We probably could've gotten it done if the tournament was organized and sign ups complete during the preseason. I don't think it got underway till like day 6. Also, one less pool game would've enabled it to finish. Just some thoughts for next season.

Finish sign ups by day -1
5-6 pool teams instead of 7-8
Strict time limits on rounds and days to complete them in
Protocol on challenging and days a challenge can go unanswered


Would be fun to do again next season.

Wouldn't the easiest be to just use the old PWT format?

I'd say just split it evenly among the final 4 teams.

NJB is the last team to make the final 4.

Yeah, we hadn't filled up the tourney and we were planning on scrapping it and trying it next season, but we got a last-second rush of signups.

I'd have to talk to VC to see if he's interested in trying it again next season.
