A racing analogy,,,,seriously,,ok I'll play. In Nascar, until the early 80's there was three or so teams that had factory backing, they got all the money, all the R@D, and the vast majority of wins and championships, in fact nascar is nearly the same today. F1 always has been and always will be two premier teams racing for the championship while the rest of the field are merely enjoying the scenery. Hell, even on a local level. Go to a local dirt track, see the guy that wins every weekend, thats the guy that has the most money to pump into his car. So you can boost and play for a championship, or save your money and be filler. Either way, yelling at the guys that do boost isn't going to make them stop. Besides, as of last season DoRD has proven you don't need to boost to be an elite team, meaning the we lost because we didn't boost argument is out the window.
I'm tired of that analogy with DoRD. Look at the two legit teams they played post-regular season. Coastal and Mississippi. They went 0-2. They didn't need to boost within their own league because nobody in that league was worthwhile. I bet they are one and done in the playoffs this season unless they can post a 16-0 record or lock up a 1 or 2 seed and possibly get a game they can win in RD 1. I really would be shocked if they made it to the conference championship without boosting.
