Compare your player to someone who was created at the same time but chose the slow build route and there is no comparison.

Stop fixating on levels, players will decline after a number of seasons, it's not driven by their their level.

This is correct.

cool i like how this turned into a debate about whether or not super slow building works. It's not like you're going to change anyone's mind. At the end of the day, the super slow builders are still super slow building.

And beating other players.

Good luck though getting me to face a level 31 at level 10. That'll probably happen.

I believe it's you who is struggling.
Same level players are the ones you actually face. Comparing a level 31 to a level 10 regardless of creation date is irrelevant.

My players were submitted simply to show the disparity created between super slow builders and normal builders; you say you get there's a difference. That's fine.
The original argument was that someone slow built for one season versus super slow built will see a very small level difference.
Thus your point that players decline is moot, because those players will be close to the same playing level and player level by the time they decline.

lol you're really struggling now. You may want to retire those players and start over, there's plenty of good info on the newbies forum. I can understand super-slow building for a season to get in at a capped league but you've been super-slow building since September!!!

To compare the development of players you have to take the starting point of both and make the comparison at varying intervals along their career. Your last statement is completely wrong, your super-slow build players won't even be close to the levels of those that got on teams and earned XP. They won't be able to fulfil their full potential, they're only good for the lower level capped leagues.

One of your players has become a focus of fun on one of the recent threads: http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=2185888#18269944

one person hating isn't the focus of fun. if you look two or three posts up it, someone puts his build up then says end of thread. It means this is the best low level build you will ever see. get it? and it wasn't even DWB who did it. It was someone else, must say something if someone else is promoting your guy. doesn't it?

Compare the level 13 in the original post to the level 10. The level 10 is much better. With that said. he will sign on a level 13 team and dominate it, then the cap will lift to 21, and he will still dominate. then the cap lifts to what? and he will still dominate as the team gets promoted. ect..ect... then he gets to the pros as one of the best builds in the pros. and he will be gaining max level gains on his speed and agility, at what they are now until level 22.

You're just jealous people do this, and you want to but don't have the time, so you try to talk people out of it.

Some people get it, some don't. Just because you don't get it doesn't mean it's wrong. no use arguing we are both going to do this forever. as long as this game is around we will probably be super slow building players. I have even started a new wave.

This is where you're wrong, his player will start decling long before he's good enough to compete at the very top. His player is already 3 seasons behind, he has a horrible build for a player created in Spetember.

zomg ur struggling again lolz.
Read my post before you reply to it.
I wasn't talking about my players. As I said, my players were brought up to emphasize the difference between a "super" slow build and any other type of build.
I realize very clearly the fact that my players are not intended to face top level competition. However, unlike the majority of players, mine will be the top competitors in whatever division they do join.

"Focus of fun"?
Reference that thread you linked. The only person who mocks my WR's build mentions that I'll only ever "own low level leagues."
The WR he links (his own) is in an A league. So he's a hypocrite. That's what I should aspire to? A leagues by level 31? I'll have it by level 21, and I'll be out of them that same season.
