This doesn't seem like a hard fix to do (probably easier than the OL blocking changes that nerfed the DEs) and I think it would make just about everyone happy...DEs have a more realistic role, QBs can differentiate their builds more (i.e. Brady or Montana types will work and the Cutler, Favre types won't automatically work...you would need to game plan to keep them from being pressured), passing game becomes more diverse so you can use HBs and TEs more, DCs have more inventive to get creative with blitzing (especially once the new AI is ready), etc. The big thing though is it takes the pinball flavor out of the game that has developed this season where any decent passing game is good for 350 yards no matter what the D does. The only possible complaint I can see is OCs upset they can't just go 80% pass and score 40 points automatically, but that shouldn't be happening anyway.

Just make QB's fumble more when being sacked, and actually make a hurry do something

Already way too many ways to demoralize QB's... ( Glare, Snarl, Aura, Monster Hit, pressure in pocket , broken pass-blocking doesn't help, ect ect ect ) If they actually fix the sim to the point that QB's are correctly scrambling again, and O-Line is correctly blocking again (with no buggy plays) , then I could see the OP having a point... But, as it is right now, too many sim issues imo.

Just remembered this thread...something I've been wondering all season. After some throws, a defensive player does get there, and the QB does shrink. Can a tester give any info if that does anything? If it does, then this can be moved and locked.
