I'd much rather see an improved Marketplace, than a bunch of nonsense in forums and actually having to scan through it in recruiting season.

Trust me I completely understand and AGREE with you. You took my post out of context when you didn't quote what I quoted. He said it's easier to use the Forum which is why he uses the forum rather than the Marketplace.

I was saying it's easier to use the forums and everyone does use the forum because the marketplace sucks, in other words FIX the marketplace and trash the forums.

Marketplace is better than forums. There everyone is trying to bump his one post every sec and after an hour you can't find anything.
