It looks like this is on Bort's to-do list. Under the change log its got stuff on contracts. Hopefully this is part of what he means by that.

As for the OP this would be so time efficient instead of going back and forth in pm's.

I agree i hate it when i offer something to a free agent and he turns it down in favor of another offer. I know people are going to say PM but alot of times they'll just pick a contract before they even read. Also even if that didn't happen Convenience is good.
