Hello hello,

I have another suggestion, and I am hoping that this one goes over well. Contract negotiation can be long and tedious. Sometimes it is very tough to gage a players interest in joining your team.

That is why a propose the counter offer feature.

i.e.
Team A proposes the following contract to Player B:
3,000 a day
25,000 signing bonus
Allow Trade
1 year, end on day 40

Player B is interested, but rejects the offer because he/she is looking for a bigger signing bonus, and a no-trade clause. Player B then sends back the following trade to the team owner:

3,000 a day
50,000 signing bonus
Disallow Trade
1 year, end on day 40

Team A is willing to give into the demands and can accept the player's terms.


I think this feature would greatly enhance contract negotiation. Let's start the revolution. Who's with me?

Definitely agree. Several times I have signed contracts i didnt really like just cause I didnt want to deal with it.

yes, im sick of having an offer retracted in favor of a new offer, and i dont remember what the offer was because i sent it a few days ago.

Would be nice, as you'd at least know who's actually LOOKING at your offer

agreed, recruiting already sucks and this would make it that much easier

100% with this.

Would also be nice to be able to include an explanation with the counter offer.

This would be a nice addition to the game.
