This is a great idea.

This idea would make Fan Support be more relevant. Currently, it's tied directly to wins and losses. Then, the fan support dictates your maximum ticket prices and concession sales. I think it should be a two way street. Ticket prices and concessions should affect the rate increase for fan support. When you throw these other stadium enhancements in the mix, you'll get a nice mix of elements to generate Fan Suport aside from just winning and losing.

Have you thought about who will be able to afford these improvements?
While I think it is an idea worth exploring, I also feel that it will also create an even greater imbalance between the rich teams and the teams that are poor/got gutted by a previous owner, etc. The rich will just get richer here and the poor can not really afford those improvements to better their situation...

I think that gutted teams are going to have less of a negative effect now. I think that they are going to release the players and you are basically just going to get a new team from what I remember hearing. Not 100% sure if this is correct of not but they are going to get dumped down into the bottom leagues so I'm pretty sure this is how it is going to be.

Only problem I see with the stadium upgrades is that most teams that need to boost fan support could not afford them. I have 100% across the board and don't see any incentive to buy most of them. The couple that add revenue I would probably purchase along with the support staff.
I know this suggestion is loosely defined so don't take my input as criticism.
