The BT costs and requirements will be the same, but the number of training points each day is doubled, and plateau starts at day 160, so the old exact timelines like that won't apply.

I'm working on my Bonus Token countdown spreadsheet using 12 BT/Day. I assume all AEQ is purchased and complete (for example +3 and 5%) and re-slotted, if necessary, at only 1 piece per equipment slot. So far, UNOFFICIALLY, I show:
for 3AEQ: If you train light only from S3 d23 (Age 103) til S5 d0 (Age 160 plateau) you will accumulate 900 BT's. Adjust for BT's already on hand, either unspent or already spent upgrading AEQ, to determine when to switch to light
for 4 AEQ: If you train light only from S3 d-2 (Age 80) til S5 d0 (Age 160 plateau) you will accumulate 1200 BT's. Adjust for BT's already on hand, either unspent or already spent upgrading AEQ, to determine when to switch to light

For now I'm guessing some things Bort will try very hard to keep as they were... BT's being one of those. If I understand your question right, yes, day 161 will be the day that plateau starts, so training, XP, and vet XP all stop at that point, just as in the current system at day 281.

I'm sure most of us mess this up when we shop for AEQ (especially if Bort doesn't fix the rolls). Now, this is a good suggestion.
I'm sure someone with betetr english than me can present this better but you know what I mean. Rolling stupid things and sometimes out of position is frustrating and must be fixed.

I get that it is frustrating when luck isn't on your side and exhilarating when luck is with you but it is a LOTTERY and you are trying to 'cheat' how many BT you need by rolling the 'Wheel of Equipment'. You can always just spend the 425 per equipment piece and get exactly what you wish.

I agree with this, for sure. I do find that some positions seem easier to find appropriate pieces for, but I never know with the small sample size of just my own shopping whether that was just a run of bad luck, or whether it's a system-wide thing.
I do know that I have a giant note somewhere to myself saying DO NOT SHOP FOR BLOCKING TEs EVER!!!!!, because I had just brutal luck ever getting hold block % pieces for them.

You're basically complaining that Texas Hold 'Em needs to be fixed because too often your hole cards are low, non-matching, and off-suit. You're not gonna get a pair of queens to start with everytime. Sometimes you're gonna get garbage, like 5-3 off-suit, or a %2 Hold Block for a DT. In poker, you take the L, fold, and ante up for the next hand. In GLB, you take the L, and spend BTs to roll again.
