Hmmm...I've been to Wigwam Resort, but I don't think they have a casino? Maybe you mean Talking Stick? Either way, just depends on the day I guess. If you go during any number of the big annual events in town (Phoenix Open golf tourney, Barrett Jackson Car Show, Fiesta Bowl / Super Bowl, NCAA playoffs, Arabian Horse Show, Spring Training Baseball, some giant rich annual polo tournament aka millionaire orgy event I don;t know the name of, etc.) there will be fish galore. But if you go late night at other times, it's pretty tight and hard to grind with the addicts/"pros".
Either way, if you're playing Limit Hold 'Em, especially low stakes like $2-$4 or $3-$6, you're going to get sucked out all day long. I can't stand limit hold 'em, and will only play no limit with a $300 buy-in, and then only at a fairly new table without a bunch of 8-hour roll $1500 stacks already perched at the table looking to push you all in from the get go. Which is to say I've grown picky in my older/wiser age. I probably haven't improved my playing much over the years, but I seed to have improved my success when I do play, which is most likely from being more selective of environments before sitting down and being willing to say "no thanks, not tonight".
