Inter-conference games start today. Of course everyone knows that in the End, the West is the best. So in honour of the Roman wilderness of pain which is about to ensue I have composed a little song. I just need a moment to take these three mini beer bottles and one goes of my thumb and the other two on my fingers and, viola,

I also have a little preview of the matchups:
Minor Threat vs Sheps Bulldawgs - pretty certain to be a blowout win for the last undefeated team in the league
All The King's Men vs Hostile Royal Takeover - two teams that are struggling in what could be a very evenly fought game - maybe a slight edge to ATKM
Jericho Walls vs Rochester Rhinos - I think the Rhinos may stop overlooking opponents after their shocking loss last game, and that's very bad news for Jericho
In Velocitate Veritas vs Vienna Ritterbrüder - good matchup between two teams that have won most of their respective games so far - I pick Vienna over skirts
Houston Gamblers vs. Paris Smexies - this would be much easier to predict if I knew which Smexie team was going to show up . pick 'em
Corpus Christi Illegal Aliens vs Philadelphia Pushovers - clowns looking like they've just been fired out of a cannon and used the momentum to vault over Rochester, but we ain't Rochester. We're down to giving up only 3 levels this game which makes us the favorite. Down with the clowns!

Updating rankings as of the end of another weekend. After 7 games played, we've had 2 rounds of West vs East matches, which the West has won by an 8-4 margin.
Western Conference:
1) Minor Threat - 7-0 start, with all wins by margins between 4 and 19 points. 2-0 vs the East.
2) Corpus Christi Illegal Aliens - 4-3 start but 2-0 since finishing equipment upgrades and boosts and only being down 3 levels. 2-0 vs the East
3) In Velocitate Veritas - 5-2 start but 2-2 over the past 4 games. 1-1 against the East. skirt's team is fading.
4) Jericho Walls - 4-3 start and looking like their greatest hopes could be fulfilled, which is to make the playoffs and go one and out just like last season. 2-0 against the East.
5) All The King's Men - 2-5 start but 2-2 over the past 4 games. Has this team decided to wake up? 1-1 against the East.
6) Houston Gamblers - 1-6 and seem to have given up. 0-2 against the East, which makes them responsible for half the East's wins against Western conference teams.
Eastern Conference:
1) Vienna Ritterbrüder - 6-1 start and the only East team that's 2-0 against the West
2) Rochester Rhinos - 4-3 start but 0-3 in their last 3 including 0-2 against the West. This team is looking a lot less impressive but none of the other teams ranked below them in the East look any more impressive.
