I've managed to roll her up 4 AEQ pieces already; 3 Make Tackle pieces and one Force Fumble piece... gonna use the CEQ for the rest of the Force Fumble bonuses. So, with all that said, here's where she stands;

Just realized just how shitty the stat keeping for certain dots is. It's a punter. So why isn't Coffin Corner punts, punts inside the 20 yard line, punts inside the 5 yard line, and net YPP (that's yards punted minus return yardage against averaged)? IT'S A PUNTER!!!! Weak... kept stats are weak. That said she's managed one tackle each season. This season I'm hoping for more now that her speed is up better. More to come.

I still don't have team permission to do that... sorry dude. Honor. Duty. Courage.
But how about an update to today then?

She has all 4 AEQ pieces rolled for already and got the following pieces;
Body: Force Fumble %5 with no accompanying skill bonus yet. Will wait until I'm upgrading it to figure out what +3 I want.
Feet: Make Tackle 9% and Punting +7 Currently upgrading this piece as we speak.
Head: Make Tackle %5 with no accompanying skill bonus yet. Will wait until I'm upgrading it to figure out what +3 I want.
Hands: Make Tackle %5 with no accompanying skill bonus yet. Will wait until I'm upgrading it to figure out what +3 I want.
I'm using the CEQ to add onto the Force Fumble %'s and have +6 speed on that piece.

Situation change will see what the new team wants.
like the GBL2 forum talk I would still grab the nail in coffin ,when that option comes up since he's not a boomer got to go the other way.
Agility was the 1 item on k and p that made much difference so combine speed then STeam got to be natral

Cool. I'm shooting for just 100 nat in punting with any remainder done with AEQ. I'm pondering a top end of 150 and no more... maybe even less. While that's far below most uber punter builds, I believe that most punts are made from closer to the 50 yard line than from the 15... and that if you're doing a lot of punting from your own 15 yard line a punter is NOT your problem. With that line of thinking, I hope to get more coffin corner kicks and be more than just another dead punter body on the field when stopping the return.

As I have build several dots QB I cannot build that I figured out, Strength gives the tackle or if I reverse that say agility being my #1 then add tackle instead ? I was building my secondary on strength I think I errored and going the other way..Started a DT and DE on agility seem to do wonders then go back to strength once I had 3/4cap So now I am picturing the punter un-named starting like a DE..

Equipment How does a combo like this come up ?+3 Catching / +SA Hangtime sure might need catch to avoid a bad snap.But how often at GLB is that,?

Much less than you think. While there's a lot of SA's and VA's that SOUND great, they either work in extremely limited ways or work so secretively that you don't KNOW if they're working or not. Many great builders have tried to prove those by compiling numbers of two equal dots over many seasons and tries... but simply haven't found enough evidence to support whether or not a SA or VA is doing what it says. All that said, there are a handful of SA's and VA's that DO work and work well. So when you scour the forums for this info, you'll find it over and over... the same SA's and VA's repeated to be 'worthy' of the investment. That's the most important IMO... that the time, effort, money, and SP's or VP's put INTO a specific 'attribute' should return to you in a manner that you feel good about the dot you built. Never fear asking in the FAQ forum for advice on ANY SA or VA... you'll get plenty of snarky replies because this place is filled with out of work comedians (... um... me included)... but you'll also get honest answers and ever some intense discussion from very good builders. Take it all in and use it to make an informed decision.

As for THIS particular question, this is called AEQ or ADVANCED EQUIPMENT. You can get this one of 3 ways.

#1, and not recommended unless you're building PEEWEE dots (these are generally one season only dots that you retire right away and are built specifically for the PeeWee leagues.) The FREE EQ you get when you build your dot can be upgraded to AEQ but ONLY if you NEVER upgrade them at all when you first get them. You simply don't put the EQ on and don't upgrade them at all until you have enough BT"s to 'add on' the advanced attributes. I've done this with PeeWee dots with great success but it takes so many BT's to upgrade a piece that you can only create 1 piece at that level of play... so this is NOT recommended to most normally built dots.
#2, you can BUILD your AEQ. It costs 125 BT's to build a +3skill / 5%bonus AEQ piece (50 BT's for the +3 skill bonus and 75 BT's for the 5% bonus)... and it costs 300 BT's to fully upgrade a single piece of AEQ. So the MAX cost foe one AEQ piece in BT's is 425 BT's. Taking a SA instead of a 5% bonus costs a little less but almost all here collect the 5% pieces because of the bigger advantage you get.
#3, and this is the way I almost always get my pieces, is to 'roll' for your AEQ. Advantage; It costs less in the end IF... if you manage to get a piece early enough in the rolling process. The cost I mentioned above (125 BT's for a built piece) is much more than the same piece rolled for (around 30 BT's for the exact same piece. Disadvantage; Sometimes the lords of the roll simply hate you and you cannot roll the piece you desire... or it takes so many 'refreshes' (at a cost of 3 BT's per refresh) to finally get the piece you want that you end up spending MORE than you would if you built it. There are many here that claim that that's what ALWAYS happens to them... I'm on the opposite side of that fence as I think I've only built 3 AEQ pieces my whole life here.

As for bad snaps, don't think that's coded in. Kinda like penalties... they happen very seldom and only 2 penalties are even applied to this game (a source of much grumbling among most here).
