yup, and for the people bitching that an 8-8 team shouldnt remain in pro, well someone has to lose right? and it shouldnt be CPU filled teams.

Canada Pro has 3 ZERO EL teams...should be a no-brainer to be able to request and receive a change with one of those teams

In my experience, a simple and kind PM to support fixes all of this. Try it guys. The game wants to work as intended, but they don't exactly have 100 people sorting teams on staff.

My messages are always simple and kind lol...unfortunately just like the above posts, getting support to look past records is the problem. SOS needs to be factored in somehow. Anyhow, can only wait and see now

SOS is not the issue. The loss of all the players on the roster is. That's not a difficult concept for support to understand.

The reason they dont like demoting teams without a roster, but an active owner, is because agents in the past have done this to get swapped, then had a full roster lined up to go and win regional pro gold. People game the system regularly, so support is leery about swapping up most of the time. I could have told you this a long time ago. If your in pro and want to styay, they are willing to do that. But if you want to swap OUT of pro, thats where the problem lies, which si why its hard to get swapped up, since u basically have to find a pro team with a cpu owner to make it happen.

National Pro - The top 4 teams from each National Pro League promote to WL. Remaining playoff teams and the next four highest seeded teams from each conference stay, while the bottom 12 teams (6 from each conference) demote. If you are one of the top 4 teams from a National Pro League you CAN NOT decline promotion to World League unless you are resetting the team. In the event a team is resetting and declining promotion the spot will be given to a team that was in the World League the previous season.

Regional Pro - Teams promote through the tiers (Normal --> Competitive --> Elite). Top teams (usually Regional Pro Elite) are pulled to fill the remaining spaces in Nat. Pro leagues.

We would prefer to promote teams to National Pro that have good records from last season, If you would like to promote in place of one of these CPU teams, please send support a ticket ASAP
