Continue to intense train atty1, while applying SPs only when you have enough to hit the next cap. What you hit eitherthe 3-cap (68), 4-cap (73) or 5-cap (77) you are done intense training 1 attribute
It says here that the 3-cap is 68, but it starts to cost 3 SPs when I hit 61. So should I spend my SPs to hit 61 or 68?
My training is at the point where it will roll over next time I train. I need 1 more SP to be able to get my 1st attribute to the 4-cap. Should I use 15 BTs to get that SP and get to the 4-cap or just train, roll over, and then spend the SPs to get to the 4-cap?

It's worth converting the BT for a skill point for a gain like that.
I like to add three training multipliers to my top two abilities and unlock two other majors but without multipliers. I four-way train my my four majors and then swap the top ability after it pushes toward 100 w/ a minor like stamina, usually around day 80. Then I four-way train until 160-180 and switch to light training whichever minor I am going to cap next and then repeat. But I like to build up at least one non-ALG attribute.

That is not necessarily true. It could be a total waste. It is worth converting bonus tokens to a SP ONLY if your ALG from your next level will knock that attribute's decimal past the cap decimal.
For example. The 4-cap is 73.24. If your attribute is at 71.8 and will jump to 72.2 when you gain a level, then your decimal is not passing .24 and is therefore a waste to buy a SP. You should just not train and wait until you level, then use SPs and continue training.
