(serious answer is Casual is different in that you can't set up specific matchups like you can in regular leagues so there will often be mismatches in coverage)

Doesn't equal a 100% chance that it might happen. Just increases the chance it will activate and with some SA's the "power" of that SA.

Yeah, more or less.

We're also trying to stick to the concept of time based progression rather than time-played based progression, which I think is a big differentiating factor between us and other browser based games.

They don't reward grinders who can spend huge amounts of the day playing the game. So those who have jobs and those who have extreme levels of free time are on the same footing instead of the latter having a massive advantage.

Will the new game use ALG's in the building method as well?
