-1 totally unnecessary. don't give GM access to people you can't trust to mess with your depth chart in areas they shouldn't... I mean, seriously, has this been a problem for the OP? if so, he should reconsider the kind of people he assigns as OC, DC, STC

doesn't have to be a matter of trust or not, could just be to prevent mistakes or confusion
