maybe have the ability to select which part of the depth chart a GM or coordinator is able to adjust, along with the auto-adjust stuff being specific to the O/D/ST
Like, giving an OC the ability to adjust OAI and the offensive depth chart, but not D or ST, but he can be given extra access to do so if wanted.

IMO, this should come with title. If you give someone the title of OC/DC/STC along with their GM offer, the appropriate DC access should be granted when you switch their title from "GM" to one of the 3.

its about affecting depth chart INDIVIDUALLY. an OC would have access to the OFFENSIVE depth chart, but not the DEFENSE or SPECIAL TEAMS depth chart. Currently, any GM with depth chart access can change every part of the depth chart.
