it probabaly had something to do with me, im really not a fan of anything to do with the west

After a quick run through of the teams, it looks like there are 4-5 solid teams in the lolEast, but the West is still the better conference with 6-10 solid teams. It depends on how some teams recruit, but the East has WAY more LU teams, has a CPU, and 2-3 teams with less than 25 people of the roster...

Would someone run an lolEffective level script for me? My firefox has gone crazy, so I don't have any of my scripts right now.
