Ok.. Let's splain it this way. I have the time to spend on game planning. So time is not a factor for me. In non casual, I can run specific plays to take advantage of the other teams weakness. I can have a variety of builds at any position and utilize them properly. In Casual you can not do any of this. So for casual it's all about the builds and 98% of the time the better builds win no matter what the %'s you set for offense or defense. Hence it is easier to win in NON casual imho.

(hint.. No i'm not playing against trash in non casual. I OC for a number of teams and all are fairly competitive if not extremely competitive)

Its borderline exploit to win in regular. The FARTHEST thing from realistic playcalling in regards to the NFL.
