So does this mean us regular teams can scrim/crush them and then jump in the GLB rankings because of it?

Of course. The best way to make this sort of rankings better is:
Find someone ranked higher than you that you think you can beat.
Scrim them.

Difficulty: Getting a team that knows they will lose to you to scrim you.

If you don't use advanced tactics, why do you assume the casual team will lose much less be crushed. There are casual teams that have builds just as good as non casual teams and better than most.

If you don't use advanced tactics, why do you assume the casual team will lose much less be crushed. There are casual teams that have builds just as good as non casual teams and better than most.

Doesn't matter if you can't gameplan for regular leagues, you're still playing on easy mode.

Not the point at all. On even terms, there is no guarantee a non casual beats the casual team. I've owned both and it's actually EASIER to win in regular leagues.
