Hey OP if you like these, edit them into your idea por favor, gonna get lost on page 18.

Uses of Cash (costs to be determined)

1) To Change the Color of your AEQ (ie change the appearance, not the stats). Right now this costs BT and no one is going to waste BT on it. But spending cash to get your gear the team colors or whatever you like or just to lose the pink jersey would be kewl chrome.

2) Change the "skin" on the players' page to show one to three colors of your choice (more cash per color). Again, this would be to show the team colors of that player or just to show your personal style.

3) Change the motif of the player page, not in colors but the layout. Have one of say five choices for each level of the page (ie the header, the attributes area and then the statistics part), to give 125 different total page options for variety. You could for the top area; increase the displayed size of your player avatar, include your team avatar on the page; have a tabbed stats summary for different arch types like rusher blocker receiver etc (ie yards one or the other or pancakes, receiver returner, passing or scrambling etc), have more area dedicated to one section over the other (to show more information), and two border options for artsy layout choices for all of the above; and for the middle section have the players; show your players equipment maneguin in miniature, remove/shrink the blue buttons to show VAs and SAs at the same time, show training settings, show equipment list, and artsty layout variation choices, and for the lower section; section for the players bragging stats showing a highlighted part of the stats from the full season or career stats above the rest, selected game log summaries from any seasons, links to highlight play replays with text description, a list of teams played for, a display of awards, and a couple of art layout options.

4) This is a bit iffy bandwidth and memory wise I guess, but some canned selections of things for your player to say from a range of voices when you open the page (eg "Yo", "In It To Win It" and other silliness and slogans). Probably more effort than worth and likely to get annoying but just had the thought so shared it.

What about using the cash to purchase special equipment for players, but we would also have to purchase games/energy that the equipment could be used.

-Let's say each item of equipment increases a players attribute by a certain percentage or point for a game (or how many games they purchase it for).

-A player can only have one of these on them at any time.

-Something like a rental service where the player can go to a store and use their cash to upgrade certain attributes or skills for a game.

-There would be different combinations they could use to create a unique piece of equipment, even using special abilities as an option to bump up for one game.

-Also make the player have to purchase energy tokens for each combination of equipment, this would prevent many from using all the cash and have them try to use a more balance combo that they can afford. In other words in order to equip a player with each item, they would have to purchase energy to wear it for that game.

So to summarize:
... player creates combination of upgrades
... player purchases created equipment (or pre-made which are already in store)
... player purchases game(s) to be used*
... player purchases energy to wear equipment*

* the last two might be the same, just different options

Think about it

Catch said they will absolutely not have money tied to dot performance in any way. The rest of this is just wasted time. Let a dead thread die.

Someone lock the thread already then, tired of seeing this keep popping up so I decided to add my 2 cents. Not really caring much one way or the other.

My comment wasn't directed at you but this whole meaningless suggestion in general.
