If they don't add age to the Player Search ( Not the Marketplace ) it's not going to be fun anymore. Below is the current way to search for players that don't get into the Marketplace.
First Name
Last Name
Position
Min Level
Max Level
League
Show human players only (no CPU)
Show only free agents
Only show active players (agent has logged in during the last 3 days)
Show only players on CPU owned teams
Sort by level
Include retired players

Another thing is if you have a lot of players like myself, it would be nice to see the age of your players on your home page instead of having to open each one.

So my day 40 dots will get cut for the team to make the league they want and then I can resign. Silly system....

What is the reason for a minimum age requirement? My team that I co-own is going into the 261-unlimited Regional Pro league next season and two of the players will only be 258 days old at the beginning of the season. Does that mean they get kicked from the roster when season 20 begins? Am I able to re-sign them on day 3 when they are 261 days old?
Final question, why was this rule implemented? It seems REALLY stupid and useless as these players are getting no benefit by being 3 days under the minimum age limit.

The reason for this system is easy...it's a ploy for more money. If you don't boost now your dots will be forced into leagues with much higher leveled players and thus will not be able to compete. Parity has nothing to do with this, if they actually cared about parity then they would have it as an option to join age based leagues or have a non-boosting league where only players that have never been boosted are allowed to join...god that would be nice.

I mean my punter will be 258 days old at the start of next season but since his team is in a 261- unlimited league he will be dropped and then I have to resign him 3 days later. If I'm reading things right, he won't be able to sign 3 days later. It is 261 if you are already on a team in that league. If you are not already on a team then it is 281. So, I believe that if you get dropped when team goes into that league, you wouldn't be eligible to re-join until day 23.

It's not a ploy for more money in the sense that you think. It is more an attempt to appease higher paying customers at the expense of lower paying and non paying customers.
There was enough crying by a number of agents who were upset that non boosting teams were beating their minor league teams, that they convinced Bort/Catch that a change needed to be made. This was the result of multi-season forum spamming by a group of agents led by DonKeidic, crying that non boosting teams were ruining the game.
Of course a lot of these agents were the ones that were originally trying to find ways to gain advantages over other teams in the minors. They just got butt hurt when other teams took it a step farther and were willing to sacrifice the opportunity to make it to Pro/WL in order to win the lower leagues.
