That way - no one will ever know if the #1 ranked player - or the #5 got the MVP.

It's also quite a bit more like (gasp) the real world - since there is no set formula for determining the MVP in the real world

Easy... remove those rankings from the award page. The global ranking is the biggest joke ever and not needed. Everyone always complains how players can be #1 in position MVP (ST MVP CB) but #2 overall (Conf ST MVP) behind the same position. Soooo.... just remove. They are not needed now as it is.

Wow, something was added to the game that is meaningless? Next people will tell us that lolbars are meaningless. I mean what kind of developer would do this?

the decision to randomly award the MVP to one of the players in the top 5 is SO crazy, that it beggars belief. Really.

The player that finishes #1 is still awarded the MVP (tropy.gif and bragging rights)... they are just not guaranteed the endorsement equipment.

My team just played this team and that WR got 109 plays and he just throws the ball to him only.

We smoked his team 244-0. No way a MVP of a league, real life or not, is on that type of a team.

The formula should factor in team record as part of this as well.
