Ive just been looking through alot of pro/World league replays, Im noticing wide-outs arn't what people make of them, They arn't worth 300 flex. So i'm thinking ive created a tight end, Knowing that tight ends line up against Lb's How would i make a effective tight end in the passing game? What do i train on ? i was thinking training on intense catching/strength but that combo isnt there. Could people with Tight end experince Please help me

At the most basic level, focus on speed, agility and catching to start, taking all 3 to a base in the 68-73 range.

If you want a speed TE, make sure he is as light as possible like 230lbs or so.

Otherwise, if you've got a 260 lb guy, set him up to break tackles.

Tell her to go slow and go lower than 90 degrees, even hold it for as long as she can, and flex that shiiiiiit as she pushes back up
