I think it is strength compared to competition + some specials.

My back broke 212 tackles last season. You need str first, speed second, vision third and some points in lower shoulder and powerthrough especially. Agi I just trained it doesn't seem that important for powerbacks since the goal is to run through and not around

This year, on 135 rushes, i had only 39 broken tackles. With 49 strength and a few points into lower shoulder+Power trough . Ok i've been taclekd for loss 19 times, wich mean 19 rushes against d-line. I think i'll put the next 15 points into STR

I think this has more to do with the team around you then you. If you have 49 strength and are still getting dropped for that many losses you OL must suck.

Maybe you should put those points into agility and speed and try and juke the DL then you already have the power to smash a LB.

I've been traded today . and I've boosted to 62 strength, with my 31 vision, 36 speed and 34 agi, it should be good And the average level of my o-line is now 16 instead of 12

tackle for losses really affect your moral and really affect your level of play for the rest of the game. I suggest you raise up confidence a bit more

What do you guys think of this build so far with my power back? He is a back up so that is why his stamina isn't in the 30's yet. The first two games this year he lvl 10 and got stuffed for low yards. I think the average level on the defense in his league is 15-17 I think. It was ugly the first two games and the starter isn't getting very many carries as well, QB want's to air it out even though we lost our some good WR's from last year. Level 16 equipment bonus will all be going into strength as well. I also train confidence every day for him as well.

One of the admins told me that confidence should be around 25-30 which is good for HB's .

I also know that defense had to do with my backs stats but he wasn't in a shit league, as for the carrying question strength helps you not fumble so you can have like 20-25 carrying but you also need confidence around 20 because that helps you not get demoralized by linebackers and not fumble as much

Have you ever seen Jamal Anderson's Stiff Arm.........BRUTAL!

Or Adrian Peterson?

Go Vikes!!

Anyone have an idea how much your speed on impact plays in breaking tackles? Does a quick back with a full head of steam break tackles better than a slower one getting hit at the same angle?
