I'm making one now.
Agility and speed are both 73.86 natural at 26.
I'm training strength/carrying now, and working on capping carrying.
Then I will switch to strength/blocking.
Cap strength
continue with strength/blocking
2nd cap strength
switch to vision/catching
3rd cap strength
2nd cap blocking
then work on vision/catching
Right now all equipment is in strength, but I will probably move most to agility/speed when I get strength 3rd capped and only leave custom in strength
At level 56 something like
75 strength
62 blocking
92 speed
92 agility
52 carrying
I haven't done the math on vision/catching/confidence/stamina
