Never expected you to play the same game, that would be foolish since I have bolstered my weaknesses a bit at a time after each game.
My team may not look good on paper, but we have heart. It is our blood, sweat and tears on the line and we don't plan on rolling over for anybody.

(Just started reading the public forums)

Seems like the Oceanic Pro league uses a nice degree of respect when they talk to one another. Glad to see we don't have the blow wholes trying to impress various admins by downing other peoples posts here. Except for the occasional your mama, sister, or moustache ride joke seems to be actual adults talking here.

Nice finish on the season guys. Aside from the play-offs looking forward to some better scrapes next year. I believe the entire conference is going to get more competitive.

Hey now, you guys aren't the underdog in this matchup ! I expect it to be a great game with the outcome still undetermined late in the 4th quarter. Whatever the result though, I just wonder if the winner will have enough gas left in the tank for the next round against whomever survives the Bandits-Buffalos matchup...

Is it just me or do the playoffs this season feel like a far more brutal run than last?

The league is certainly more competitive than last season with a few more good teams added to the mix (don't consider us all that good last season but I got a late start as owner). We are still not even in consideration as one of the top 5 teams yet (hell, not even top 10), but we come to upset when we play, as we are almost always the underdog.
I honestly cannot wait for individual play calling to be introduced to the game. It will mean more sleepless nights, but will be way more fun and promote even more rivalry IMO.

Yeah, damn. Last year we just assumed we'd make it to the ocnference finals, which we did. Then it was a toss-up over whether we or Melbourne would win that one, and we lost a close game.

How could have Melbourne as well as the Pride made the conference finals when Carabao won the conference last year? I dont remember what happened exactly other then the championship game.

Again, no love for the turt's. Well we don't play our games pretty, so rankings like this tend to exclude us. We go off of a power defense.
