Testers, please disclose any and all knowledge about the sim you have learned from being a tester.

If you refuse, or are silent we'll assume you selfishly used the information for yourselves and a fake 75x75 pixel trophy for any teams associated with you.

the idea of the thread is a good one, but the way it was framed - "tell us or we'll assume you're a cheater!" - is off-putting and unlikely to make anyone want to disclose anything.

Besides, they don't need to tell us anything. They only should be informing Bort so he can make any changes to improve the sim and patch-up any holes.

If they start disclosing stuff that they ultimately decide is not a problem, or that Bort can't get to soon enough, then it'll just lead to more flaming and nonsense.

What's the difference how it comes off?

The testers constantly say that they're willing to help, but for some reason they don't.

Here is a very specific thread, requesting their help. Now we can see if they are true to their word.

A few other people have been helping out here and there, but mostly just providing ideas, feedback, and helping set up test teams. These people haven't really run a lot of tests, and don't log on all that frequently due to current time constraints, etc, though they may become more active testers in the future:

Only is inside info if they don't have full disclosure. Bort should do a full disclosure on the findings in changelog update. I am hopeful.
