We have a few main ways to approach playing GLB. You can do it from the stance as an owner. Or as an agent who likes to make players. We even have guys who have no players, just act as OC or DC for several teams.
Here's another one to consider: Stadium builders/owners.
Create options to build a stadium. Choose from several designs. Choose the concessions menu. Build and run a merchandise shop. Then you recruit a GLB team and negotiate a lease. They become your tenant. You haggle over % of concessions, ticket revenue, merchandise, rent, all that.
Players sign 1-3 year deals with teams. Why not teams signing deals to be in a stadium? It could create a whole new class of GLB player.
Hell, imagine the pursuit of the teams that have winning programs (because winning effects ticket sales). There would have to be a balance in the lease battle over revenue. The team needs dollars. The stadium builder needs dollars to expand seats, add emenities (which would increase ticket sales).
Stadiums would age -- just like players do -- and without renovation cause reduction in attendance.
And so on...
