I've a level 11 C with 70 raw STR. Slap on some custom EQ it's 76. Level him up 5 times and it's 81. Move his EQ to STR and it's +12. 93 STR and level 16. Mmmm....level up 7 more times and it's 100 at level 23.

I just made a level 1 that only needs leveled up 56 more times and...

Naw, he should also have a BLK around 70, soft capped AGI and a decent stamina at 23.
