If you want these teams to all be at their best, you might want to hold the tournament later in the season closer to the playoffs.

Some of these teams will boost early and some late. Some teams have bad chemistry now and some dont.

However, shortly before the playoffs everyone should be boosted and have good chemistry so the playing field would be as fair as possible.

I think the early/late thing is probably a non-factor at this point. We're talking less than 250 XP between mid season and end of season for the worst of these teams. It might only be a 200 XP difference for the upper teams. The late boosters are going to wait until just before the playoffs, so unless we had this overlap with the playoffs, then it wouldn't matter when we started it.

I think the chemistry is to 100 for exhibition games also.


I think having the owners have a little flexibility in the scheduling is more important than making sure everyone is full boosted. If teams are serious about winning this, then they will boost.

Bumping 1st round match-ups so everyone knows who they are playing.

Just in case there's still anyone who thought Bandar didn't deserve to make this, they just beat 9 seeded Phucket All and they havn't even boosted yet! That means they've still lost only 1 of their last 35 or so!

Point spreads are simply ballpark numbers for now. Better estimates will be done as the teams perform over the next week or so.
