I would think there are multiple NT/DT above 95 strength, especially ones with level 24 equipment + custom.

I just saw a punter who opened his stats, he has a 101.7 (or 101-point-something) for his punting skill. His last game he was averaging 42 yards a punt or so.

I hope his other majors were still decent...it shouldn't make you good by just padding 1 attribute
