The cream always rises to the top...

Maybe Tomcic's OC school will help, along with a posting a build guide from creation (there are many available in many team forum and in guides) so that dots are pro / wl levels.

If you scout the championships, you'll see std plays run well by superior dots - nothing fancy, just good execution and well chosen plays.

Yes, anything I can do to improve the quality of play is fine with me. It will most likely contain couple discord sessions where I'll show plays of specific games and illustrate how to approach the playcalling in this specific situation. Hope this helps getting people a feel of how to design their offense. I did that OC school thing with couple of agents a long-time ago and one of the attendees Ace managed to get his team Bambey Hunters to WL finale (with Steve as his DC).

But as you indicated, O success depends on two things (imo):
1) starts with setting up the right roster and build plays around those archtypes (WR for example).
2) the learning process when you face great competition. For instance facing jdbolick and ghuff made me learn of how to handle defenses which rely heavy on LB and exotic blitzes etc and how to avoid the blitz.
